It’s one thing to find and hire a task doer, it’s another to understand where your business is going, and what support you actually need to get there. My goal is to facilitate meaningful, strategic hires that support your short term goals and long term vision.

Role placement typically takes 4-6 weeks. Your investment includes:
The hiring Journey:
- Kickoff Call: We will talk about your business, goals, needs, and gain clarity on which role(s) you want to hire for.
- Custom Role Creation: I create a custom role description, application, and screening rubric that aligns with your needs, values, and business culture.
- Application Process: I carefully consider where your ideal team member might be hanging out online and publish your job opportunity in 3-5 locations. Watch the qualified candidates roll in!
- Screening and Interviews: I’ll do all the heavy lifting and screen all applicants and conduct initial interviews. If we decide that a test project is necessary for the role, I will facilitate that process.
- Final Interviews: I will present to you my top 2-3 candidates and allow you to conduct the final interview. If you wish, I can be present for these calls and give any final input.
- Offer and Release Management: I will provide a customized offer letter to be delivered to the candidate you choose, as well as ensure that their first onboarding steps are covered. All other candidates will be released via email.
- A Custom 90-Day Onboarding Strategy: Before your candidate is even hired, you will have a complete list of suggested 30, 60, and 90 day goals – to make onboarding impactful for both you and the new hire.
- Custom, Role-specific Objectives + Key Results (OKRs) or Key Results Areas (KRAs): I’ll provide data you can use after your team member is onboarded – to help measure ROI, and give your new hire goals to work towards.
